Job Description:

Hiring for different geographical areas like Mexico,US & India.
Willing to work in evening/ night shift.
Create the Social Media Strategy and drives various innovations to Improve the overall Recruitment Efficiency and Effectiveness.
Have used social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer Letter, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions by using Job Portals & Soical media.
Coordinating the interview with the panel,Salary negotiation, documentation for Background Verification, Offer generation and On-boarding.
Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
Minimum 06 months of experience in US IT Recruitment, strong understanding of multiple IT technologies, visa types, tax terms, and market trend.
Good experience in sourcing profiles from job portals (Dice/ Monster/Indeed), LinkedIn, Internet search engines and other websites.
Hands-on experience in sourcing active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting tools.
Maintaining track of each candidate.
Source potential candidates from various online channels.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation is completed for all Candidates throughout the sourcing process.
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
