Job Description:

The Incumbent shall be responsible for :

1. Provide HR support to assigned territory(s) in improving their efficiencies and productivity through the implementation of processes/ practices that are in alignment to the overall policies of the Company. The incumbent is expected to foster a culture of high achievement orientation and facilitate continuous improvement in employee engagement level.
2. To handle the administration of Office(s) / Plant(s) assigned, including TCRs, Capex projects, maintaining liaison with appropriate civic-bodies / statutory authorities etc.
3. Oversee the administration function and ensure necessary support services at office / estates etc. viz. maintenance of utilities and other services such as transport, security and safety management, communication services, canteen and catering services, stationary and other office requirements, protocol services etc.
4. Responsible for Estate Management functions, including legal matters. He/She has to act as a custodian of the assets and estates that the Company has in the Unit(s) / Office(s). He/she has to oversee, that the same are maintained properly in a cost-effective manner. He/she should ensure through his team that all records related to the estates are updated, returns/ taxes etc are filed in time and necessary approvals internal or otherwise/licenses related to estates as well business establishments of the Company in the Office(s) / Unit(s) are updated and validated in time.
5. Responsible for managing the external environment proactively, through ensuring compliance to the laws of the land/ extant statutes and proactively build and manage relationships involving key stakeholders in the region.
6. Responsible for ensuring compliance to all legal, statutory and govt. directives in the region. Facilitate audit on such matters and oversee implementation of audit suggestions.
7. In pursuance of his task delivery, the incumbent is to ensure adherence/ compliance to extant policies/ rules and the DOA.
8. Organizing Milestone events such as foundation day, Safety Week, Productivity Week, Employee Involvement activities like picnic, sports, games etc.
9. To manage/facilitate OS, DC and Fixed Term engagee selection etc.
10. To manage and operate Guest House and Hotel/ Car Booking etc.
11. Grievance handling, including domestic inquiry.
12. Implementation and management of CSR Activities.
13. Facilitate Employees' life cycle events / pay & perquisite administration / PMS activities etc.
14. Any other task(s) assigned time to time.

Minimum Qualification:

HR - 2 years full time MBA [HR] / MSW.
Administration - 2 Years Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management [HR].

Minimum Experience (Years):

HR - 1 years as on 01.04.2019.
Administration - 4 years as on 01.04.2019.

Age Limit:

HR - 27 years as on 01.04.2019.
Administration - 30 years as on 01.04.2019.
