Job Description for Diploma:

The incumbent shall be responsible for:

Responsible for overseeing the operation ensuring implementation of production and project targets with in the time period.
Managing over all plant Operation as well as site supervision for execution of projects in different Oil Sector Organizations.
Managing Sub Contractor manpower as per client expectation in different refineries.
Work also involves different Hydrocarbon and Crude Oil Recovery from Crude Storage tanks and lagoons sludge by modern cleaning technology methods i.e. BALBO module system.
Ensuring safety and security of deployed personnel, labours and equipment at the site.
Any other job that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Description for Graduates:

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

Supervise entire Yard / Warehouse Operations as per the given requirements by efficiently allocating owned and hired resources and minimize the cost of the Company.
Handle Billing and Entry/ Exit Authorizations.
Supervise & manage various Operators, Drivers, Security and Traffic in the Yard as per requirements.
Ensure accurate tagging, weighting, indexing, tracking of containers.
Ensure timely completions of operations and accurate recording of timelines which include reporting of all delays.
Ensure prompt reporting in case of theft, accident, fire or any disturbing event.
Ensure customer service activities are given priority, timely execution of top down, delivery, etc. at appropriate time.
All customers’ complaints to be dealt immediately and resolved within 24 hours.
Ensure stock of all import and export containers/cargo are updated time to time.
Ensure physical stock taking is done monthly.
Attending Custom’s preventive officer for clearance of bonded cargo and maintain proper bond register.
Coordinate with various authorities such as Ports, Railways etc for port bill reconciliation and wagon placement.
Ensure compliance to all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Norms laid down by the Company, maintain monthly MIS reports, timely reporting of any incident or near miss & training the team on HSE practices.
