Job Description:

The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Responsible to reply mail & Calls received on helpdesk email id and customer care no.
Responsible to make Outbound calls to merchant for feedback on services & Product.
Provide information to merchant on Document and proposals to be shared.
Responsible to note merchant complain and make sure revert merchant with resolution within the TAT.
Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
Should have sound banking & Payment gateway knowledge (Settlement, transaction etc.).

Skills:

Ability to work as a team.
Should be well versed with MS office.
Able to handle query.
