Job Description:Prepare and followup on sales quotations made to clients.
Maintain customer sales transaction report.
Manage item code in ERP, Generate OPF and follow up for approval.
Manage vendor registration/negotiation.
Keeping update on delivery status / proof, invoice to support sales team.
Handle customer queries / escalations.
Liaison between other teams to provide service / support.
Handle various reports.
Upselling / cross selling products.
Candidate Profile:Must have good communication skills.
Should have effective negotiation and administration ability.
Should have excellent customer service skills.
Must have knowledge in using speed sheet.
