Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of ecommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. Our Advertising Sales Ops team partners with world-wide sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities for acquiring, growing and retaining advertisers. In order to accomplish this we leverage the wealth of Amazon's information on advertiser base, vendors, marketplace sellers, ad agencies, sales activities from CRM systems and other signals. We are a growing and diverse team with high levels of autonomy and executive visibility. We are looking for talented ad operations analysts to join our Salesforce Data Moderation Team (SDMT) that is committed to data hygiene, in both completeness and correctness.

He/she will follow and execute defined standard operating procedures related to Salesforce Data hygiene completeness and accuracy, along with modifying account structures to meet the needs of the global advertising sales teams. This individual will also need to manage to a high level of performance standards and measurement metrics. The successful candidate will be a have a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will understand the urgency of data requests and their impacts, be able to switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action along with the need to have strong project management and data analysis skills, advanced Excel skills, experienced with SQL, understanding of prioritization & escalations, and collaborative abilities.


Day-to-day operational salesforce data hygiene issues via SIM inbound requests and internal audit generated actions, as well as data audits on a frequent cadence.
Participate in daily stand-ups, updates, and escalations.

Basic Qualifications:

0-2 years' analytical work experience.
Understands SIM ticketing task assignments and the expectation to document all processes and system changes.
Results oriented and analytical, with a strong customer and business focus.
Ability to work on multiple requests and adapts to changing prioritizations.
Experience using Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Report Building, Macros).
Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or other business/analytical disciplines.
Working knowledge of data extraction using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel.
Experience working in the platform.
