Job Description:

Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over phone/web/chat support channels.
Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

Desired Profile:

Should have excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
Knowledge of basic computer operations, Multiple Browsers and OS (Android, IOS, Windows, MAC, Chromebook) & Email clients like Outlook & Lotus Notes.
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
Excellent Communication Skills Verbal & written.
Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings.
Typing speed of >=25 WPM with an accuracy of >=80%.


Candidates with knowledge on below applications will be given preference.
Basic knowledge of meeting hosting applications such as WebEx, WebEx Teams, Zoom Meeting, BlueJeans, Skype 7, Google Hangouts 5, VSee, Contus Vplay 1, Zoho Meeting, GoToMeeting, AnyMeeting video conferencing, and other Collaboration Meetings Apps.
Applicants will go through Technical and Managerial interviews.
