Windows Active Directory Administration.
VMware vSphere 6.0 knowledge.
Server Hardware-HP /IBM /Dell series.
Remote Server Administration Utilities.
Windows IIS Administration.
VB and Power Shell Scripting.
vRealize Knowledge (Recommended).
Certifications in Microsoft Server Administration, & VMware.
