Job Description:

Acquire new clients for Demat and Trading, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, and Insurance through networking, database, and references.
Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.
To Develop and maintain End to end / long-term customer relationship management.
Meet Non-Trading Customers and reactivate them.
Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through giving SMC research to clients on their equity/commodity/currency portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.
Ensure that customers trade actively after opening the trading account.
To enhance the profitability of the business by ensuring cross-selling of other products of the organization like mutual funds, insurance, FD, IPO etc.

Desired Profile:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Trading Business.
Should have strong working knowledge of Trading, Demat, Brokerage, Equity, and Derivatives, Mutual Funds etc.
Ability to lead, influence & collaborate.
Strong business & financial acumen.
Relationship Management.
HNI Client acquisition.
Portfolio Management.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to communicate at senior business levels.
