2. Ticketing systems like Autotask, Remedy, ConnectWise, Spice Works.
3. RMM Platforms like Solarwinds, N-able, AVG Managed workplace, Continuum, Kaseya, Jamf.
4. Soft Skills: Customer service experience, Clear spoken English, Attention to detail, Grammar.
